With 10 years of search and selection experience, William leads Exige International's business development, search process design and search and selection delivery. The last 5 years have been focused on developing a strong FS specialisation for the firm across Europe. He is currently growing Exige International's Corporate Finance and Advisory desk.

With a background in retail and luxury marketing, Fiona manages all search operations for Exige International. Fiona continues to develop the operating frameworks which ensure Exige maintains an advanced approach to modern talent development and profiling.
Director - Search and Selection
Matthew joins Exige International with an extensive background in human capital development and corporate recruiting. Having worked for PwC Corporate Recruiting division and then with Oliver Wyman as Head of European Experienced Recruitment, Matthew adds a wealth of search and selection experience, from both the "agency" and "client" side. Matthew will be responsible for business development and developing our search process design.
