Client Services - Our Approach

Before beginning your recruitment project, we first familiarise ourselves with all aspects of your organisation, including its corporate culture, business objectives, and of course your specific candidate requirements. We then apply our understanding of the current market conditions at a local, national, and international level to form a complete and comprehensive picture of the assignment prior to sign-off.

Often our candidates are already well placed in positions of importance with their current employer, so they must be sensitively and intelligently identified before being approached. Communication

Communication in an open forum forms the central pillar of any successful assignment. Throughout the entire process, we ensure that your organisation is kept up-to-date with all aspects of our work. We look to proactively provide key strategic information on any competitor activity which could benefit your organisation’s recruitment strategy.

Assignment Reports

Throughout the duration of an assignment, you will receive formal written or verbal reports on our progress to date. These reports will include details on candidates whom we have identified, progress summaries and our assessment and appraisal of candidates under review.

Process and Candidate Management

A well managed recruitment process is a key component in the successful hire of top talent. We take great pride and care in this particular stage of the recruitment process. Through early consultation and preparation we can effectively construct a clearly defined process map which your organisation can utilise to enhance the overall campaign.

Candidate Assessments and Business Case

Once a short-list of candidates has been identified, we will submit a detailed business case which will include our summary of key candidate information, covering all relevant work experience, strengths and weaknesses, contractual and compensation information, and a final objective assessment of his/her suitability for the post.

Reference Checking

Reference checking is a vital process which we are happy to carry out either as a supplementary process or as a “managed service”. As experienced and professional recruiters, we know how to probe and assess candidates' referees in a delicate but effective manner. We can then deliver the information in a constructive and concise format.
