William Laitinen – Managing Director – Search & Selection

With 16 years of search and selection experience William leads Exige International’s search and selection process. During the last 12 years Exige International has continually developed its sector expertise in both professional services and financial services. William’s expertise is built on the ability to execute within a diverse culture context, with recent searches in Switzerland, France, Germany, Netherlands and UK – all within either the financial services sector or with a professional services firm.

Fiona Laitinen – Director – Search Operations

With a background in luxury retail marketing, Fiona has managed all search operations for Exige International since 2006. Fiona continues to develop the operating frameworks which ensure Exige maintains an advanced approach to modern talent development and profiling. Fiona is extensively involved in managing the recruitment and selection process, having successfully managed resourcing and research teams on retained and contingency assignments.

Matthew Lord – Director – Search & Selection

Matthew’s extensive background in human capital development and corporate recruiting offers Exige a unique insight into the corporate recruitment culture. Having worked for PwC Corporate Recruiting division and then with Oliver Wyman Financial Services as Head of European Experienced Recruitment, Matthew adds a wealth of search and selection experience, from both the “agency” and “client” side. Matthew supports all search and selection delivery across Europe.

Emma Banks – Swiss Director – Business Development

Emma has almost 20 years professional experience in Oil & Gas and Fund Administration. As our Swiss director, she supports the expansion of our business development efforts within the Swiss market. With a MSc in Financial Management and a Certificate in Management Accounting, her expertise adds a significant level of insight, which benefits both candidates and clients of Exige International.

Samantha Smart – EA to William Laitinen and Office Manager – Operations

Samantha is a graduate from the University of Exeter. Working to support the team, Samantha’s primary roles involve assisting  with schedules and logistics, and facilitating marketing initiatives. With a background in administration, Samantha is able to provide methodical and coordinated support to clients in the logistics of the search and selection process. Samantha also works with William on a number of key searches, assisting in developing connections within the market.

Matthew Williams – Consultant – Learning & Development/Search & Selection

With a BA in Drama from the University of Exeter, Matthew is a dynamic and enthusiastic consultant. Matthew has an excellent background in Learning & Development within a Corporate setting and operates in dual role at Exige. In the first instance, Matthew is assisting with the sourcing high calibre executive profiles in order to meet the needs and requirements of our clients. He has also joined our team in order to improve our internal training offerings and work on the development of external training programmes.

Kimberley Boike – Associate Consultant – Search & Selection

Kimberley has always been interested in people’s motivations and making connections. She has degrees in Psychology and Criminology from the Queensland University of Technology. Kimberley found her passion for recruitment after studying Organisational Psychology. Her background allows her to effectively support both her clients and candidates during the search and selection process.
