We are Interview Specialists. We constantly review and refine our process and techniques to ensure we deliver a short list of excellent candidates to you. This is the Art of Recruitment. It’s not a secret, this is our process:
At the beginning of a search, our consultants thoroughly prepare. We take a detailed job brief from you before engaging in a 2-hour workshop. This workshop allows us to collaboratively design a set of highly-focused behavioural-, situational- and competency-based interview questions.
Once we have a candidate interested in the role, one of our Logistic Specialists immediately responds to quickly secure an interview slot between the interviewer and candidate. The interview usually takes place 1-2 days after the initial candidate response.
Then comes the most important component: the interview. We conduct 2 hours of interviews with each candidate we submit to our client. In every interview, we use 3 moveable blocks to ensure we establish a relationship with the candidate, assess their suitability and garner interest in the role.
We know that during every interview, it is critical to introduce ourselves and our company. This is probably the first time the candidate is speaking to someone from our company… and first impressions can be everlasting.
This is where we assess the candidate; their personality, their competencies and their motivations. We want to understand not only their fit with the role, but also that they have a reason to leave their current company.
While we know you are one of the best companies to work for, the candidate may not. So we effectively sell your company, the role and set salary expectations, so the candidate will be more likely to accept an offer when it is made.
