We prevent this. We use the “Push & Pull” method to thoroughly assess our candidate’s motivations.
They need to have something “pushing” them away from their current company, and something to “pull” them towards yours.
We are experts at creating this pull – effectively selling your company and prospects to the applicant. However, without a push, this may not be enough.
That is why we only shortlist those who have both factors, so you won’t waste your time interviewing someone who isn’t ready to accept your offer.

We know that when we search for talent, we are representing your brand – not just our own. That is why we make sure we are proving our candidates with an exceptional service. So they not only have a good opinion of us, but of you as well. This is how we do it:
We offer expert, practical CV advice to all of our candidates to ensure their CV is demonstrating their skills and background effectively. As part of our process, we also write an Exige cover letter which highlights their personality, skills and motivations.
Once an interview is arranged, we make sure our candidates are ready to impress. We provide them with interview preparation documents (covering background on your company and their interviewers) as well as a practice interview session, personalised for them.
After an offer is made, we provide our candidates with a compensation breakdown report to help inform their decision. Coupled with this, we work collaboratively with you to negotiate and reach an agreement you are both satisfied with.
We keep in touch with our candidate after an offer has been accepted. We assist them through the resignation process, keep in touch during their notice period, debrief (and celebrate!) after their first day and stay in touch afterwards to make sure they are happy.
